Choose “Max. size” to fit every image into a box such as 1920 × 1920 pixels – proportions are kept and small images are not enlarged. Use “Percent” to halve everything, or “Exact” for fixed pixel sizes, for example for a website or a profile picture. Large images are scaled down in careful steps so they stay sharp.
What you can do
- Compress images – Make photos and graphics much smaller without visible loss. Set a quality or a maximum file size.
- Convert images – Switch between JPG, PNG and WebP (AVIF where your browser allows it).
- Crop & rotate – Crop to common formats like 1:1, 4:3 or 16:9, rotate and flip.
- Remove background – Remove plain backgrounds and save with transparency – ideal for logos and product photos.
- Remove EXIF data – Strip location, camera and date from photos before you share them.
